Dina was born in Morristown, NJ and remained a Jersey girl all the way through her elementary and high school career. Her love of theater and the arts began when she would do community theater with her father at the local Jewish Community Center. After the first Fiddler on the Roof, she was hooked (it wouldn't be the last Fiddler)! Dina continued her passion for the arts throughout her schooling and after attending Binghamton University in Upstate New York and graduating Cum Laude with her BA in Theater Arts, Dina moved to New York City to begin her career as a professional actor.
After a few years playing small roles Off-Off-Broadway, (namely her father's favorite of playing a feisty Rottweiller), Dina decided to take her training to the next level and left the East Coast to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City MFA Program.
After falling in love with the Midwest (I mean, the BBQ! Come on!) and spending three fantastic years in training, Dina moved back to New York City again with her MFA to continue her journey.
Since graduating, Dina made her Off-Broadway debut in David Cromer's TRIBES which played for many months at Barrow Street Theater in the West Village, as well as regionally at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles and the La Jolla Playhouse in La Jolla, San Diego. Since then, Dina has worked regionally at many fantastic theatres such as Barrington Stage, The Old Globe, Unicorn Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Contemporary American Theater Festival and many more.
In New York, Dina has been seen at the Red Bull Theater Company, Project Y Theater Company, Westside Theatre and more.
Dina is also a teaching artist who tours the country every summer with a one woman show, working with freshman students during their orientation.
Dina is and continues to be so very proud to be living out her dream as a professional actor.
